-team atmosphere -commission is decent if you actually get it

Cons

You’re actually a glorified debt collector. The majority of time is spent calling delinquent account. -commission is based off of those collections so no matter how much money you make in loans you don’t get paid.

Thank you for you r feedback, Collection duties are part of the primary duties for individuals including branch and call center staff members. It is important that OneMain protects its loan portfolio and collects on accounts that have become delinquent. - ck

there are no pros horrible work environment very toxic unsafe work environment

Cons

horrible management not professional in any way shape or form lies all the time the floor is toxic physical fights have broken out in the call center not a safe work environment management has no control they will try to fire you every day the stress level is very high they do not care about their employees no work life balance their communication is awful they make up things as they go along they take away your bonus whenever they can they threaten your job every day they do not appreciate their employees
