      Pros

      Great company to work for. Very supportive managers. Majority of the employees have a long tenure over 10 years with the company.

      Cons

      Not much growth opportunities at this point. The company have merged with Springleaf and there are a lot of changes. Benefits arent the best now, compared to the original benefits we've had.
