      Pros

      They hire many fresh graduates. It could be a decent first job for fresh graduates who cannot find jobs elsewhere. If you boss likes you, you can be promoted easily.

      Cons

      Very bad management. There is no rule for anything. Everything is purely based on your boss or the big boss' likes and dislikes. You see people got promoted and fired easily. Talents are not well retained. The 3 year attrition rate is like ......90% for people who are not too old or too lazy or too tired to find a job elsewhere.

      Pros

      Good salary and position and loved the people. Gained excellent knowledge and the company paid for all necessary licenses and training. Better than other finance companies I have worked for.

      Cons

      Layoffs, unstable job security caused hundreds to lose their job and branches shut down across the country including upper management and those with long time seniority.
