      Excellent Growth Opportunity, great people, excited about our acquisition of One Main.

      Cons

      Dated Technology - still using Lotus Notes, but I hear rumors that we're moving to Outlook soon. I believe upper management decided to hold off on updating technology until the acquisition was complete.
