Cons

Poor management and unrealistic goals. The collection calls are miserable as well as the hours of this job. Poor work-life balance.

Pros

Ability to earn bonuses monthly IF you put in the work. Company will pay for insurance licensing that you can go elsewhere with.

Cons

Horrible with raises/salary increases (never offered cost of living increase in 10 years),employee appreciation has halted all together, growing a company is one thing but leaving your employees out to dry is another. Branches/districts do not work as a team any longer. I used to be so happy at Onemain for YEARS.. now unfortunately I'm going to look elsewhere. Sadly, also 95% of my long time coworkers (10+ years of service w the company) have done the same!
