Time off based on tenure but it's up to your manager when you are allowed to use it

Worst company to work for. Holidays always an issue. Can never take time off when you need too and you can be at the top and always unappreciated. Nothing you do is ever appreciated. If you get a bonus your targets will raise next month to try to prevent it again and raise time? Lol. Always told even though you exceeded your goals and got a great review you're capped at your salary which is a lie and they know it. Also advancement or promotion would mean relocating so pack your bags! But don't expect anything from it. Also recently sold. Expect more layoffs.
