Pros
There really aren't any pros about working there that I can list here. I guess, given the long hours, you tend to get very close with your colleagues.
Cons
Working up 50 hour work weeks without getting paid overtime since one of their main objectives is to keep expenses low. Constantly being told by middle and lower management, " This is not a threat, but if you don't meet your numbers, you might not be working here anymore". There are too many cons to list.
