      Bonuses Good schedule Ability to work from home

      Cons

      They move you departments at the drop of a hat with no choice sometimes Customer care is 10x the work with lower bonuses and same hourly pay

      Pros

      Potential Good Bonus if Team will work together. Attempts to bring fun and special events throughout the year. Games/Food offered. If you are family & friends you laugh & have fun. Get to drink on lunch and return to work happy.

      Cons

      If you get hired by an agency, you are not given a pay increase. Just told you will have an increase if doing well at review time. Toxic environment. If you go to management or HR about problems you are blackballed. Then family & friends will not talk to you at work. Very difficult to be part of a team that is disrespectful. Team members bring in food for each other but refuse to speak to you or offer you anything. TOXIC people.
