      The benefits are the best you can get.

      Cons

      Your are doing a good job but! Is the theme. The "but" negates everything that comes before it. Also, don't take away our resources and then tell us we aren't doing the job. Just because they think it can be done with less people doesn't make it realistic!

      Collections. Takes money out of your sales bonus if you don't collect quota Just got laid off because business is not doing well
