Micro Manage to death with Manager and District manager and even DO's coming to your office telling you what your doing wrong. End of the month your expected to have a cut in collections or you will stay late and its very stressful. Anything you did good the month before doesn't matter since its a new month. Have to solicit customers to death. Who really wants a loan at 28%? Run by AIG, Having to push insurance sells to customers that aren't aware.

Decent pay and benefits, mostly nice management and coworkers

Cons

The main purpose of the company is to make high interest loans to customers with bad credit. In most cases the customer would have been much better off without the loan. The current environment is becoming stressful because of the bad economy and because the company is owned by AIG. My boss appeared to have me on a carrer track to nowhere, so I retired early.

The pay is okay. You can get overtime at the end of the month.

Cons

The bonuses are disappointing for how much they push you to make sales/lower delinquency. The hours are miserable, especially if you have to travel far. Forget any plans for the end of the month.
