      Pros

      OMF is a good place to work if customer service is your competency because it is customer facing 100% of the time. Very sales oriented and highly numbers based.

      Cons

      Not always focused on helping the customer because of the sales driven culture. Too many ad hoc decisions, not process oriented.

      Easy work, laid back atmosphere--minimal job knowledge needed to succeed and the work is very easy to learn as long as you are good with sales/people.

      Cons

      No advancement opportunities, mundane and boring daily work, poor management style, zero feedback/direction from management and no commissions or incentives whatsoever for meeting or exceeding goals
