Pros
The people are nice to work with. Since you are treated horribly there is a feeling of "us vs. them" which promotes a weird sort of comaraderie.
Cons
It's all about the numbers. And with the stress of the environment upper management does not care how you get the numbers - you just better get them or be threatened with a PIP. Be ready to do nothing all day but phone delinquency lists. This will be done for the majority of your day. Goals change constantly and are usually unattainable even in the best situations. Be prepared for a one on one each month to talk about how you are failing in all 12 categories.
