      Pros

      An opportunity to meet alot of great people from the community. There are many employee's that do care but go with the flow because they need their jobs. Excellent maternity leave

      Cons

      Dirty, outdated offices with broken desks, stained chairs,ceilings and carpets, mold issues,etc. Questionable work practices, questionable collection practices, questionable ethics. Stressful and threatening work environment. Mandatory overtime especially to collect at the end of month-start work at 8:30am work until they tell you that you can leave sometimes 9pm with only an hour lunch break. all day. Daily demeaning emails/calls from upper management saying you must have no pride because your numbers are lower than other branches.

      Pros

      Not the worst place to work. Compensation could be better in comparison with other companies but there are several performance reviews for advancement. The longer you work there the more opportunity obviously.

      Cons

      Everyone is a fairly type A personality. Not much of a teaching environment. Training is terrible at best. Fairly leisurely job if you're into that sort of thing.
