      average pay and benefits people generally smart and do their jobs

      Cons

      company lied and deceived numerous times regarding compensation. told i would be paid X and i was eventually paid Y after starting not flexible return to office even though they said they would be very poor headcount strategy focused on short term and not long term lack of senior management diversity

      Pros

      You can learn a lot of things here. You can also get your license. Nice company to work for, right now they are having. a few issues but every does.

      Cons

      Schedule - and how the pay structure is. You can make a lot of money but if they do not hit one of their targets, then you get nothing.

      40-50 guarantee hours per week, benefits, growth opportunity (paid training, life insurance training/license), huge learning opportunity, great customers

      Cons

      Unprofessional management, hourly pay is minimum wage, and commission for all your months work isn’t guarantee if your branch/district doesn’t collect a percentage of delinquency by the end of the month. They’ll play nice and allow you to break policy rules as long as you bring in the money but once you aren’t on a buddy buddy level with management they’ll record each thing and try to get rid of you.
