Pros

I was located at the corporate HQ in Evansville. The cost of living here is low so they pay was good in regards to the location. The benefits were good, they were generous with time off.

Cons

The management seemed out of touch with the rest of the workers. I felt often times I was treated like just a number rather than a person. As a developer starting out they won't do much to help mold you or advance your career, in my experience they will give you little stuff to work on and that's about it.
