There is a ton of upside for someone to work at OneOncology given the company is still young and has so much growth potential.

I've been with OO for 4.5 years. They've treated me very well while giving me guidance on my career trajectory and stood by their promises. We have an extremely smart, dedicated and supportive executive leadership team. OO is a fun place to work with a mission drive atmosphere. We work very hard, which we're motivated to do by being given the trust and flexibility to own our scope and exceed expectations. I've been given tons of direction and support from my team members and have always felt like I have a line of vision into the exec team and their goals for this company. Our CEO is a highly respected long time Oncologist who is beloved by his employees and patients alike. Dr. Patton leads with transparency and confidence--and always makes an effort to get to know everyone without the org.
