Provide 401k, health insurance, have several locations

Cons

Pay is low, antiquated systems, scheduling is always overloaded and causes unnecessary stress for the MA’s. Consideration for employees work life is low, not a great work environment. Has that “corporate” mentality where employees are numbers and everything is about the bottom line.
