* Great market position in the hospice pharmacy sector * Strong pharmacy team

Similar to other small, private companies, budget and culture are not as competitive as larger organizations. This makes comp less attractive and bringing top talents challenging. In addition, headcount skillsets & quality do not often fit the positions.
