Great co-workers, non retail related pharmacy work, flexibility in schedule, holiday bonus, company events, fun atmosphere to be in. The company is growing so there are positions opening up to play a bigger role in the company.

Cons

401k- company does not match anything.

With flexibility and growth comes hurdles to work around. This company continues to grow at a rapid pace and introduce new ways to service customers, which also creates new challenges for their employees.
