Values-Driven Organization

Pros

OneSource Virtual is truly an exciting and growing organization to be a part of. There is tremendous opportunity to gain exposure and experience in different areas. It is fulfilling to work at a place that truly cares about our customers and there's opportunity to make an impact through programs like our employee engagement committees and volunteering on the OSV Cares Team. The people here are amazing and there is a great sense of teamwork and commitment to our 10 values. As our culture evolves, the values continue to remain intact and our leaders are supportive.

Cons

Working here is not for everyone - change is the norm here, therefore employees are expected to be flexible and embrace change. With our growth, all teams are expected to deliver results and work hard. There is limited job-training, however, there are talks that this is coming in the future.

Culture Decline and Poor Managers

Pros

- There are some people throughout the company that still live the values. - Flexibility to work from home was great. - Employer contributed to HSA.

Cons

- Senior leadership continues to miss the mark on hiring quality engagement leaders. People are continuing to leave because of it. - OSV used to pride itself on its culture, but the teamwork and innovation just isn't there like it once was. - Pay is lower than other partners

Empty Promises - No Diversity!!

Pros

The employees are the best thing about this company, they are a close knit team and support each other. The new building is very nice Flexibility for work at home opportunities

Cons

The management is not consistent across channels. Some managers have had no leadership training - it shows. There are different styles of leadership in each area, which makes it difficult to be cohesive. Instead, it breeds resentment between departments and locations (in the U.S.)
