We want to ensure we are doing the right thing for the entire company and that is following the current CDC guidelines with respect to mask wearing. We believe employees would feel most comfortable at home without having to wear a mask indoors for the duration of the day. Regarding the vaccination mandate, we are waiting on more information from the Department of Labor per guidance, requirements, rules, exemptions, etc. Since we don’t have any of that information as of today, we will remain status quo with the majority of the workforce continuing to work from home. We will continue to monitor the situation. Our employees’ health and safety will always remain a top priority for us.
