Pros

Company values are top priority. Teams actually work as teams. Some of the most thorough and comprehensive employee training you could expect from such a competitive company and industry.

Cons

Company is in a hyper-growth mode. If you haven't worked in this environment, it might be challenging. Expect a lot of changes. If you can adapt to change and love being part of constant growth, check out OSV's open job positions.

Pros

Upper management is the most approachable that I've ever worked for. They appear to have to good intentions. Mid-size company (600+ employees) at the time of this review. Privately-owned company. They recruit experienced people in each field that they offer services. All team members go through a company orientation process together, even from different departments.

Cons

Company is extremely unorganized at all levels. Although the company has stated values that it strives to operate by, they clearly don't apply to each and every individual because first line management is allowed to treat employees poorly without repercussions. First-line management also plays favorites among their teammates. Their hiring strategy has been to fill every empty desk and then some, so there are people in Irving that share folding table work spaces. Both Irving and Mesa offices appear to have high turnover rates; on my own visit to Irving, the only employees with tenure longer than one year were in management. The Mesa office just opened 10 months ago; this office quickly filled all of its empty desks, and has already had multiple face changes in every department. AMS/Product Support teams seem to go through employees the fastest of any department. Systems are manually driven; a team lead joked that their company name included the word "Virtual" because they virtually have to do everything manually as there is no automation in any business process. The company boasts a high customer satisfaction rate in ticket resolution; I believe the numbers are inflated by creating hundreds, if not thousands, of easily solvable tickets. Meaning, there is an abundance of non-critical busy work for each and every employee.

Beware! Not at all what it's perceived to be! Don't be fooled.

Pros

Workday software is great! Brian Williams, CEO, core values were a great idea.

Cons

Values aren't enforced for everyone. Middle management ignores values but demands employees follow. No accountability!!! FAVORITISM! No growth opportunities unless you're in right circles. Health insurance extremely high unless you're single. Promised overtime in interview but yet this was restricted to no more than 1 hour after being hired. Lack of direction, inexperienced leadership, processes are non-existent and no formal training. No support from management. Workload too excessive and hostile environment. Communication from management to employees needs to improve. No communication between departments. Customer Success tears down employees in front of customers. HR department does not engage with employees, does not setup benefits timely, nor responds to inquiries-instead they leave employees hanging. Several employees were lead to believe they had benefits since they were paying for them but when went to use, they found never setup.
