One Source Virtual is an excellent company to work for. The company truly cares about employees and lives by the company values. The environment is a fun one! There are monthly birthday and anniversary celebrations.

I have not found any downside.

There's a fantastic culture which enables people to be empowered to do their job. People are enthusiastic and helpful, always looking for ways to improve and get things done. Management are fantastic and very supportive

None that I can really think of.
