Pros

Very adaptive to pandemic. They really care about their employees and value them. They try to do what is best for their employees all the way from the top. Senior leaders are pretty good. Great PTO

Cons

Not much of 401k match. They help some with development costs but a tuition reimbursement program would have been nice. They do not have that.

Up to date Payroll Platform, Great team environment, Training on a variety of professional skills to help with growth and development, Innovative with new ideas and an inclusive environment.

Cons

Fast pace environment, training needs to be more in depth and conducive, stress is high, but manageable.

The Executive Leadership is approachable and the CEO is transparent and welcoming. You can tell this company really cares about it's employees. They are constantly trying to improve the employee experience.

Cons

This company is growing like mad and there some growing pains, but things are coming together. Luckily, the executive team takes feedback seriously.
