It was a great team when I started, and it grew too fast. It was a great learning experience to see the team and company grow at such a fast pace

As the company grew, things took a lot of time, and they felt like existing employees felt stuck in their roles without much growth

Hiring process is fast as they want new joiners immediately as they fired the mployess previous day.

Cons

Onetrust is not a good company, the management dont know what they are doing. every quater they will fire and just hire new persons. They will fire when ever they want and schulde a call and inform you that you are fired from job and access will be locked in 30mins.
