CMO brings his band of admirers with him from company to company Lots of nepotism. Overhired for useless functions (guy who ostensibly ran rev ops did nothing but implement Seismic), overpaid with bloated, Bay-area salaries. Ran his mouth a lot, but said nothing. Spent $3M+ over budget, but didn't bring in any leads. Before 401k match was frozen, it was below par at 2%. No diversity. Culture rooted in toxic masculinity.

We have experienced multiple rounds of layoffs, no raises/promotions, return to office requirements that remote workers do not have to deal with, ending of catered lunches which were the only silver lining to having to go back into the office, very high medical premiums ($200 a month for individuals), and ending of the small 401k matching. It is the last quarter of the year and no one has said anything about bringing any of this back or improving anything. Many people have left the company for better pay and benefits, employee survey results are at 0. Pay is very low compared to other companies. The CEO has mentioned the very low retention rate but hasn't done anything.
