Hybrid Working 3 days a week, Fair compensation, Technical growth, AI learning curve

Cons

Promotions take long, Canteens are way too small for the headcount, No meals by company, Not enough seating capacity if all employees are working from office during an event , No major fest like sports tournaments or team outing

Pros

Catered Lunches at end of month. A few helpful people around the office.

Cons

Territories changed almost on a monthly basis. Heavily Micromanaged. No Inbound opportunities. 20 meetings of almost pure outbound to hit monthly quota. Constantly rapidly changing products, goals ,and requirements. No longer salary. No room for promotion.

Pros

Cool tools, exciting teammates, local office, snacks, close to the battery

Cons

very disorganized company, leadership on different pages, tons of gaslighting, lack of support or accountability from executive leaders. Quotas are impossible. Talent leaving left and right.
