Pros

- Sheer learning opportunity - Grow along with the organization - End - End ownership and accountability of what you do and It reflect directly in the company deliverables - Almost man - man mapping for everything we do - Open culture and on your face management

Cons

- Less or no Process in most we do but we continue to improve to get processes in place as we grow - Typical Start-up environment where if you don't buckle down to perform smart work this is just not your place and you won't enjoy working here - Do you own HR, IT, Operation work on top of your daily job (I mean we don't have any resources for IT / HR resources like any larger corporations)
