Pros

Good pay, likable hours, consistent stops and loads, it is good place to start trucking.

Cons

Bad equipment, trucks need service alot, inconsistent dispatching/ dispatch does not seem to work all together throwing loads one after another that will violate your dot clock.

Pros

OnLine gives me the freedom to manage my book of business that is best for me and the company. They provide me with all the tools necessary to take care of my customers.

Cons

Not many that come to mind. We are growing rapidly so time there are growing pains but that comes with the territory.
