Can’t seem to move up in the salary or ppm and seems to be a choke on you if you get too many miles to early in the week. Let the driver make the money he is willing to drive for.

They let the driver mainly command the ship

Cons

Starts at 42 cpm for all experience levels and only raises .5 com a year and equipment is complete trash, my first truck with them had bed bugs
