      - There have been no RIFs to-date - The company is managed fiscally responsibly - Market leader with the strongest future vision - Focused on being the platform prime for consolidation of companies' industry related tech stack - Unparalleled Client Success team and leadership who often are recipients of high NPS scores, and quotes from clients stating success and customer service folks are a true extension of a client's team

      Cons

      Though no RIFs have yet occurred, there have been periodic/sudden elimination of some roles given changes of priorities redundancies.
