      Moving in the right direction!

      Pros

      Every organization has bumps in the road, but we are moving in the right direction. Communication has increased, a lot of transparency on business direction ups and downs. Employees might not always agree with decisions, but I have always found leaders to be forthcoming and approachable. CEO and COO are very approachable, always walking around and happy to stop and talk. Very good compensation, the company has been performing well, bonuses have been very good.

      Cons

      Sometimes it is a little quite in the office, the company still allows employees a lot of work flexibility. This is great but always good to see a crowded cafe. Working on a lot of process, can be painful sometimes but the efforts have yielded results already!

      Good introduction to planning

      Pros

      I love my Manager, some flexibility, occasional work from home, easy to learn ERP system if you take notes and can utilize technology.

      Cons

      Processes need improvement, there are no processes or consistency between some departments. Job accountability lacks which can make it difficult to maintain consistency. Warehouse management is horrible which makes it tough for my particular position to get work orders picked properly and to where they need to go. Raises and opportunity for advancement severely lacks across the board.
