Pros

I love my Manager, some flexibility, occasional work from home, easy to learn ERP system if you take notes and can utilize technology.

Cons

Processes need improvement, there are no processes or consistency between some departments. Job accountability lacks which can make it difficult to maintain consistency. Warehouse management is horrible which makes it tough for my particular position to get work orders picked properly and to where they need to go. Raises and opportunity for advancement severely lacks across the board.

Cons

Onto is very short sighted and very disorganized. They operate on two ERP systems, there are no processes, inaccurate bills of materials, inaccurate production plans, no continuous improvement plans, no strategic direction, no career advancement opportunities, lower than average salaries, disgruntled employees, high turnover, high stress, poor raises, and chaotic interactions. Their solution is to hire managers externally to put more pressure on the people trying to get the job done with limited resources and too many responsibilities.
