      Pros

      Change in leadership has made a pretty big difference in the last few years. There are opportunities for career advancement.

      Cons

      Culture isn't changing fast enough. There are a lot of good people working here and some good leadership, but not all leaders are there yet.

      Interesting products and wide variety of skills learned and required to do the job

      Good quality products with many good engineers and great co-workers.

      Cons

      Have lost good people over the years so need to improve employee retention and internal documentation for newer employees.
