      Decent benefits, good people, subpar infrastructure

      Pros

      Friendly people, chances to expand into other areas, and very hands on. Occasional company lunches/snacks available.

      Cons

      High attrition rate, expected long hours of work with lack of support, some procedures are outdated. 10+ hour weekdays and weekends work is often required. Difficult to make any real, useful change

      Pros

      A small company that firmly believes they are a player in the lithology industry! They might as well put the integration tech's in the crate to the customer's fab, If you have the time and the patience for a science experiment, they are a complete failure! If looking for a dysfunctional company, they won't disappoint!

      Cons

      Quit holding ONTO dead weight! Change is not an option!

      Cons

      Poor processes, lack of training, support and collaborative, stressful, fast paced. High turnover rate leads to constant resource constraints and people being overworked.

      Thank you, it is always challenging to hear comment's like this, but highly constructive. Over the past 6 months we have put in place an amazing talent acquisition infrastructure to engage a diverse workforce, as well as new developmental programs, and amazing new leaders.
