Not much support when business gets bigger.

Pros

Top3 in semiconductor industry vendor in backend manufactory ( AP). Salary is good.

Cons

1. Only senior engineer , lack of young engineer. 2. It cannot apply over time work when you have meeting in night time. 3. No PM to coordinate the new project or feature. Engineer needs to do the work and make report and feedback to HQ. Where is manager level? 4. no training.
