Pros

I have never worked for a better company. This company will literally set you up for success. The office environment is so much fun, free-spirited, and relaxed. Not like your typical "wolf of wall street" staffing firm. We work hard but without having to run around with our heads cut off. It's amazing.

Cons

BD's get 50% of a deal while AE's and Recruiters have to split the 50%. You commission basically gets capped at some point because you will constantly be fighting attrition, even though it is not capped commission.

- Leadership that strives to advance the knowledge, and careers of their employees - "Open book" and "Open Door" leaders who operate in a highly transparent manner - Great tools - High integrity - Strong customer and candidate focus

Cons

A history of change which some have found very disruptive. Need to settle in from the recent reorganization.

Growing company, they do their best to train remotely as possible.

Cons

Short leash, you have 90 days or you're out, which is difficult since they still don't have all their processes and procedures in place yet.

Thank you for your review. I agree with you -- it is an exciting time at Onward! We are growing and our world-class Learning and Development team works tirelessly to train our new employees to success in the virtual world in which we work. We do have and manage to best practices, KPIs (and procedures) as well as core values that are published in our strategic plan and available in our learning management software for all employees to access and train on. We live by those best practices and our core values every day to ensure that we are living to our mission of connecting great talent with companies we serve. We don't have a set date to exit employees, and we do work with each employee on a customized performance improvement plan to ensure each employee has the support and training they need to lead to success. We realize that staffing isn't for everyone, it is a tough industry. There are instances, where either skill or fit are not a match and employees are exited.
