Great group of people on both sides of the business (recruiting & sales). They really focus on developing you into being a great producer. Really good and honest leadership to propel you forward.

Cons

Training program is continued work in progress. It was too quick. Meeting times are a little overwhelming due to people being in different time zones. More diversity in leadership.
