      Pros

      The culture and the people are unmatched at OS, but the company truly invests in its employees. The training I received has helped immensely and led to some early success, but the key is to stay hungry and true to OS values. If you buy in, there's no doubt you can grow as a professional, learn a BUNCH, and make new friends out of your great coworkers.

      Cons

      There are growing pains with any growing company, OS has tried a few different adjustments to process, but for the most part they are doing a great job listening to their employees.

      It's an honor to be a part of the Onward Search family. If you work hard and meet your goals, you will not only be congratulated, you will be rewarded. HARD WORK does not go unnoticed here. Bottom line, if you're a patient and hard-working individual, you will make great money here.

      Pros

      Working with Katie O and Bernard H was a pleasure. The two of them kept me informed and up to date throughout the process, even contacting me after 5pm to confirm dates and status'. You can tell this company, specifically these two have a passion for what they do! If any of my friends in the digital space were to be looking for a job, I would 100% send them their way. A+ performance all around.

      Cons

      Absolutely none. Salary was negotiated on my behalf for what I was looking for.
