This company has really gone into the deep end since Covid. It used to be the best place in the world to work. I've worked at several staffing companies and this one is *now by far the worst of them all. And, I've worked at a place that is the largest staffing company in the world. They didn't even operate like this.
1) The culture sucks. It's all so fake. Everyone can see through all of the 'fake' cheerleading and talks about it behind upper managements back everyday. Everyone is afraid to say anything for fear of losing their job.
2) Never have I ever experienced micromanaging like this before. It's out of control. You'd think that they believe everyone is in kindergarten and can't be trusted by the amount of micromanaging they impart upon you.
3) They lead by fear. You're in constant fear that even when you are doing well, that you are about to lose your job. It's insane how this company will manipulate your mind like that.
4) Everything is tracked (understandably since we were/are fully remote), even the breaths you take in a day. If you don't report the breaths you take, be advised, you will be spoken to.
5) You're treated like cattle here. You're just a number. They no longer value their employees. They used to, but not anymore.
6) Metrics, metrics, metrics! Be prepared to hear about your metrics all day every day. So much so that even when you are doing well, it's still beaten into you that you are a horrible at your job and are doing poorly.
7) You'll be in fight or flight from the moment you wake up to the moment you lie down. Because you're afraid you'll lose your job.
8) False sense of urgency. But, you will adhere to this "urgency" because you don't want to lose your job.
9) Be prepared to be in some sort of training if not once, twice a week.
10) People get sent to HR and nothing gets done about their behavior; multiple instances. Ex: Someone even majorly violated HIPAA and somehow is still at this company and is always praised for their work.
11) If you are human and have a life (bare minimum eat and sleep), don't expect to have one here. If you have one, you will lose your job.
12) Have a therapist on speed dial. You're going to need it.
13) Short term disability for maternity leave? LOL.
