Pros

I have never worked with a more passionate group. They have the utmost care for our consultants, end clients, and for our internal team. Our leadership is receptive to addressing the concerns and needs of the team. They place the utmost trust in their employees to manage their day, workflows, and deliverables. Best of all I work with a team that supports one another. This is honestly a great and fun company to work for. I am happy to be here!

Pros

There are several pros to working at a company list OpTech. Some of those reasons include it's corporate culture and desire to maintain it, it's work/life balance, training options, openness and willingness to embrace new ideas, empowerment to own your work, and team comradery.

Cons

I believe that the largest and most impactful con to working at OpTech would be the overwhelming lack of accountability.

The company has the potential to be amazing! The bones are good and the initial intentions of the CEO have been good.

Cons

Poor leadership on all levels. No trust among staff. They make no effort to know you. They don't like change.
