Pros

Recruiter process is fantastic. Love the team I am working with. Whenever I have a problem or need a question answered, the HQ staff is incredibly responsive and helpful.

Cons

The benefits aren't great. Super costly. There is no flexible spending account either.

Pros

There are several pros to working at a company list OpTech. Some of those reasons include it's corporate culture and desire to maintain it, it's work/life balance, training options, openness and willingness to embrace new ideas, empowerment to own your work, and team comradery.

Cons

I believe that the largest and most impactful con to working at OpTech would be the overwhelming lack of accountability.
