Sometimes tries to do too many things - but I also see that as a positive - it means we are growing

Pros

- Small company with a family feel - Diverse (Young, Old, Woman Owned, Skillsets of many areas and of all levels) - CEO is a great person and was very charitable - Very high potential with some great people

Cons

- For as small as it is, it is not very agile. You feel like you get heard but no action - Many challenges and mishandlings between back office and field (contract employees) - Felt CEO was disconnected many times from the company operations - No strong definition or processes of or around the Business Units - Minimal collaboration up, down, and sideways - Although great transactionally, as a whole, not a very strategic company - No sense of urgency across the organization

• Lower level leaders are not empowered to take on more responsibility • Documentation and processes need attention company wide
