Pros
Pay: Optech paid me decent salary. Lets be honest, its business, so they'll take their fair share and give employee fair amount. No trickery dialogues, its black and white. They'll cut you a deal, you take it or leave it. Immigration: It had its learning curve on Immigration initially but now they are handling it to their best. No issues. Marketing: Always check with me if my work is going or i'm I in a need of any new project. They are always alert in finding better opportunities. Community: They do good community programs.
