5yWe wanted to reach out regarding your review and tell you we're sorry to hear your thoughts about the recruiting environment. We pride ourselves on our culture, and as you mentioned in your company pros, OpTech is incredibly team oriented. Most of our staff have been with us for more than five years, some as many as 10, 15, and nearly 20 years. When asked on a recent survey what staff love most about OpTech, the answer was similar "we love the camaraderie and flexibility we have at OpTech." We always encourage our staff to ask for help if they are struggling or need extra assistance. We are sorry it wasn't the right fit for you, but wish you the best in your future endeavors.
