We pride ourselves on our culture, and as you mentioned in your company pros, OpTech is incredibly team oriented. Most of our staff have been with us for more than five years, some as many as 10, 15, and nearly 20 years. When asked on a recent survey what staff love most about OpTech, the answer was similar "we love the camaraderie and flexibility we have at OpTech."
