Works on latest languages and technology, People are smart you can learn from them. Since work is pre allocated, chance of politics at work is small.

Promotions tend to slow, I worked here for almost 8 year, just promoted one level. Salary distribution is highly biased and bad. Lateral hire with 5x less experience paid more salary then existing employee, which tend to create discord.
