At one point it was a great young company with lots of enthusiasm and growth, but unfortunately upper management's culture of demanding more, appreciating less permeated the overall atmosphere of the work environment. It became on old/young boy's club focused on self-serving goals. It was very sad because I was one of many devoted, dedicated hard working employees who eventually burned out on the stress, lack of acknowledgement and appreciation of the tangible success that was demonstrated. Employees feared upper management who were known to show great disrespect to employees...no one wants to work in these conditions! I quit and moved on!

They dont treat you good and expect you to jump when they say jump. My direct supervisor was the worst manager I have ever worked for (prior to leaving). Never around when needed or answered his phone. Left me hanging at a client site over the summer because he was no where to be found. Other Sr managers if they dont like you they will make your life hell, I was sick one time at a client site and was not allowed to leave cause a SR level VP would look bad.
