Legacy managers spoiling culture

Pros

Good salary (at par with the real biggies). Freedom to introduce change.

Cons

The old team managers spoils the culture by invoking uncertainty in the team. Specially applicable for integration team. They play foul game by not supporting positive change by anyone. The top management should understand and be strict about positive change. Without change, satisfaction in employees can't be achieved.

Pros

Lately organization working hard to provide work life balance to its employees. work from home culture nurtured recently which is an add on.

Cons

Culturally Disoriented Organization. Flows from the top starting with Director level where they have incompetent, undeserving people calling shots with zilch technical know how. I pity the managers and the folks of integration team who works directly with him. Equivalent to banging your head in the wall. Don't expect promotions after a hard day work. on-site is big no.
