      Transparent in dealings with the client.

      Cons

      Difficult to change clients after you have been assigned to one. Do not have much influence in swaying the client.

      Thanks so much for the feedback! We try to not pull out consultants once placed unless there is truly a mismatch as it results in a difficult situation for all. And although we try our best to make sure everything runs smoothly for our consultants, we know sometimes things can slip through the cracks. We will look into having more consultant meetings in order to ensure lines of communication remain open.

      Pros

      Really enjoy working here and love the culture. We are a tight knit group and a growing division where everyone has the ability to work their own style while still being held accountable. The management team is also great to work with and has an open door policy. You can just feel that they are here to help us grow. I'm looking forward to what this year will bring!

      Cons

      Only thing I can think of right now is that as we are in transition at the moment, we will need more contract job orders to work in the coming months.

      There is no limit to the commission made

      Cons

      Sales environment - not much in terms of training. People are very defensive over "their" candidates. Not a team atmosphere
